NOTE: An appraiser must successfully complete the 7-hour USPAP Update Course every two years to meet the USPAP CE requirement. Course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit (2020-2021 edition). Attendees must bring their own copy of the current USPAP edition to class. Register for any class must be done 7 days prior; email lisamayweiss@hotmail.com or call 856-415-0281 for availability after. Any & all cancellations are subject to an admin fee. No credit/refunds for cancellations made on or after 7 days prior to class. No credit/refunds for no-shows. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on your confirmation email. Directions to the facility will be emailed. CE certificates will be available for you to download on the Appraisal Institute website within a week after the event, after completing the instructor evaluation.
ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR COURSE MATERIALS WITH THEM. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT BROUGHT THEIR MATERIALS WITH THEM. When you register, either choose to download the materials or have them shipped directly to you.
