NJ Updates on Land Development (5 CE Hours) @ via ZOOM

What’s new in regulations, development activity, affordable housing, conservation easements, identifying contaminated sites and more.

This presentation will provide quick tips on relevant methods and data useful in supporting land analysis, assumptions and value conclusions on demand for various land uses. It will cover issues including the NJ development approval process, easement issues and public utilities. Furthermore, we will discuss Prospective future values, appropriate deductions and how market and demand analyses are critical to support value conclusions.

NJ Appraiser Law, Regulations   N.J.S.A. 45:14F-1, et seq. Real Estate Appraisers Act Purpose: This course is required by NJ regulations every two years.  Students will learn about the law itself, the regulations that pertain to the law, including specific areas noted in the regulations.

13:40A-5.4 (b):  All licensed and certified real estate appraisers shall be required to complete a two-hour course on New Jersey law and rules governing the practice of real estate appraising.
